Our base is in Southrepps, near Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. We operate from our home in The Bakehouse, our garage converted into a commercial kitchen.
We can also be found at our regular Pop-Up Cake Shop in Southrepps Village Hall (NR11 8NW). Check our social media platforms for the latest dates and times.
Yes, deliveries are carried out by my husband and business partner, Laurie, in what he calls the DottyMobile! We deliver regularly throughout North Norfolk, and further afield in Norfolk when necessary. We charge for delivery depending on the delivery location.

For cakes, useful information for us to have up front includes:
- Date required (so I can first check my availability)
- Preferred flavour
- How many is the cake to feed?
- And if you have any pics of the type of cake design that you like it’s useful to have these too.
Unless it suits you to pay the agreed price in full up front, we ask for a deposit of roughly 40% of the cake price when you order, with the balance payable one week before collection or delivery. If the customer subsequently cancels the order the deposit paid is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
Our preference for payments is by bank transfer. Upon ordering, we will supply you with our bank account details for payment. Alternatively, we’re happy to accept a PayPal payment using the email address ema@dottyscakesnorfolk.co.uk. We acknowledge receipt of all payments as they come through.
